Célia Kirche
Célia Kirche was admitted to the Music and Drama Conservatory of the 5th arrondissement of Paris in 2001. A versatile artist, she puts her skills in singing and visual arts at the service of acting, whether classical (“Antigone” by Sophocles, “The Surprise of Love” by Marivaux), or contemporary (“Mad or The Century of Shadows”, “Especially at Night” by Laurent Bazin, created at MC93 Bobigny). She also creates a series of paintings that accompany the show “Nijinsky’s Diary”, played by Arthur Igual. She acted in numerous short films and wrote and performed a monologue, “Marion and Fénix”. In 2008, in parallel to her activities as an actress and plays director, Célia Kirche directs her first film, “Marcel”, a short documentary thatwins the Jury Special Mention at St. Ouen film festival. Then comes her first fiction film “Petite virée” (selected for Court-bouillon film festival), and “Peluche”. She is part of the collective of filmmakers “L’atelier 321” since its creation in 2010, and is currently writing an animation series for television.
